About
Mr. Hornaday:
Walter Hornaday is president and managing member
of Cielo Wind Power, LLC. Hornaday has managed every phase of
the development, construction and operations of wind power projects
large and small. Hornaday entered the wind business with a strong
engineering and construction background in power and industrial
projects, working for companies such as Bechtel, Morrison Knudsen
and Jacobs Engineering. He received his Bachelor of Science in
Architectural Engineering in Construction Management and Structural
Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1989. He
received his Master of Science in Engineering from the Civil Engineering,
Construction Engineering and Project Management Program from the
University of Texas at Austin in 1991.
