What: The rally featured comments from Russel Smith, executive director of the Texas Renewable Energy Industries Association; Texas Land Commissioner Jerry Patterson, Austin Mayor Pro Tem Jackie Goodman; Bruce Sterling, futurist and author of “Tomorrow Now: Envisioning the Next Fifty Years.”, and others.
